Thomas was amazing! Best receptionist I've met in a very long time, really made my night getting such a good interaction. Hotel was very nice and quiet, away from the roads. Quiet, nice location Thomas really went above and beyond to make me welcome here!
Very clean and comfortable. Great front desk staff. My only complaint is that the pool did not open until 11 am. I think it should open earlier. They also do not offer any sugar free creamer for coffee. Breakfast very limited.
Welcoming and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Close to restaurants, hwy, and stores. Very quiet and peaceful. Front desk gentleman and housekeeper get 5 stars. Absolutely best hotel I have stayed at in Jackson. Fully equipped kitchen that even has an oven, ice maker, and dishwasher. So pleased that I chose this hotel.

Very decent place. You get what you pay for as far as the amount of love that went into the rooms, and don't understand why they don't outfit the kitchen a bit more with some basics like a plate, a pan and a knife. Makes the kitchen pretty unusable and keeps the fridge empty. Like the bathroom. Like the staff. Like the amenities.
The staff was super friendly and willing to help if anything is needed. Bed was comfortable and clean. Very happy with my stay. I will definitely stay there again and I do recommend to others when in the area.
Extremely well kept rooms. Very nice & helpful staff. My room had a small kitchen & it comes with kitcuen dishes & utensils. The grounds were well kept & safe & the pool was nice & clean. I enjoyed my stay & would definitely recommend it to anyone!
I'm in love with my room. Very spacious for me and my kids. 2 rooms and a living room all for 70 im happy. The room is clean. Front office lady was nice and quick. If i ever have 2 come back 2 jackson im staying here
